There are already four houses build.

The houses have a big livingroom, kitchen and dining room. These rooms are orientated south and to the west. The rooms are sunny, bright and have a direct exit over the terrace and the garden. The terraces have a pergola, which can be covered by plants or by a glas roof – depending upon buyers request. The 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms are orientated south and east. The entrance is from the north. In the halls are a second toilettte, a wardrobe and a storage room. Each house offers a parking space for at least two cars.

 

The properties are big enough to arrange a beautiful garden for flowers or vegetables. The houses are well isolated and do not use a lot of energy. The solar panels on the roof provide hot wather over the entire year.
